As a Psychologist, I work with adults to reduce psychological distress and build practical skills for long-term emotional resilience, ultimately helping them discover that they're more than what they're dealing with.

Welcome! I’m a licensed clinical psychologist providing telehealth therapy to adults across Arizona. I help people reduce psychological distress, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of steadiness and confidence. 

 

Our work together will be flexible, active, collaborative, and grounded in science and evidence. We will focus on skills that help you regulate emotions, respond differently to stress, and move toward the life you want.

 

My goal is straight forward: help you feel better and help you stay better. Clients typically notice substantial relief, and sometimes full resolution, of their symptoms and distress over time. Lighthearted humor and warmth are always part of the process!

Types of Therapy

I use up-to-date, evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) that integrates other well-established therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness practices.
