PSYPACT

I’m authorized through PSYPACT to provide telehealth therapy to clients in 42 of the other participating states.

What is PSYPACT?

PSYPACT allows licensed psychologists to practice across state lines via telehealth, which is especially helpful for students, frequent travelers, and snowbirds. So if you’re on the move, your therapy doesn’t have to wait.

If I'm in a non-PSYPACT state, can we work together?

Generally, unfortunately not. However, legislation is being introduced and approved regularly, so that could change in the future.
